Place PM were engaged by Trivest as Superintendent for the construction stages of this new build project located in Direk.

The new industrial precinct has 6 units, with each unit consisting of 1500sqm of warehouse and 300sqm of office accommodation and amenity. The project was delivered on a Design & Construct basis, with the Builder engaged from the outset to work up the full design package prior to agreeing a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
