Client: Coles Developments Services: Project Management, Superintendent Value: $22M Project Manager for this Coles Developments led shopping centre as part of the St Clair village. The development comprised a Coles Supermarket, 14 speciality stores and Coles’ office accommodation.
The project was delivered on a Design & Construct basis with continued liaison with the St Village team as part of the overall infrastructure and masterplan, and coordinating each of the tenants including Coles Supermarkets. |
