Place PM have been engaged to provide Services from Feasibility / Site Selection through until completion on a new, 2 storey medical and educational precinct located within the main business district of Port Augusta. The Development is forecasted to reach completion in late 2025 and will provide a Medical and Allied Health facility on the Ground Level, and Educational facilities for incoming Tenants on Level 1.

Place PM were instrumental during the feasibility phase in developing a design scheme that meets the RFDS Business Case. PPM helped established the project budget, drive value management and provided advice on the optimal procurement strategy in the early stages of the project. Accelerating the Concept Phase was also critical for RFDS in ensuring the lodgement of the planning application met the required timeframes.
