This specialist Medical Centre is a 4-storey building achieving 6-star Green Star rating and incorporating a basement footprint for two Linac bunkers. The building has been design to accommodate various medical tenants, including radiology, radiotherapy, oncology, pharmacy, pathology, consulting suites and support retail tenancies.

The project has involved a detailed Tenancy Integration process to ensure the specialist requirements were achieved at the right time to avoid unnecessary reworks or cost.
