Project Manager and Superintendent from the inception of this project responsible for managing the design process into the construction phase.

The project included the refurbishment of 4 levels at 81 Flinders Street, including 3 levels of office and training areas, upgrading of base building bathrooms, rooftop terrace and entertaining space. 
Due to the tight time frames, Place PM identified that a Managing Contractor procurement model should be adopted to accelerate the program. This enabled the client to move in and avoid extension of lease costs are their existing facility​
