Project Manager and Superintendent for the proposed example mixed use building in the prime location on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD. The project includes a restaurant and end of trip facilities on the ground floor, gym with double height ceiling on Level 1, commercIal tenancies and car-parking from Level 3 - 9, high end penthouses on the top level and a separate multi-deck carpark. 

Place PM have been involved from the outset in the resubmission of the Planning applications, managed the engagement of the ECI contractor and the development of tender documentation for D&C procurement. Place PM have coordinated regular cost check points and managed the procurement of the Contractor through a D&C GMP.
