Project Manager to deliver this project with Development Owner and Manager, Burke Urban Investments. The Masterplan is a mixed use development including commercial offices, Council Civic building, town plaza, retail space, future hotel and associated car parking.

Our role has included a comprehensive due diligence report for the site to establish key risks and design principles for the Masterplan refinement including replanning of car-parking, environmental remediation, stormwater management, site access and overall site density and composition.

Burke Urban Investments are currently finalising their updated masterplan for final consultation with Stakeholders.
