Junction and Women’s Housing Ltd (Junction)  is a non-profit organization that provides a range of services to support people in need across South Australia. Junction offers housing support, community development, employment and training, mental health and disability services to individuals and communities.
Junction have acquired a site, located within the Tonsley Innovation District, Tonsley, SA.

The site is to be developed in two Stages with Stage 1 comprising a mixed-use office and residential development. The office component will consolidate Junction’s two existing office locations (on Greenhill Road, Parkside and Marion Road, Marion), and the residential component will include a total of 50 apartments for Social Housing.

Place PM have been engaged to provide Project Management & Superintendent Services from Concept phase through to Practical Completion. The project is due for completion in Q1 2026 and will provide much needed affordable housing for South Australia.
