Project Manager this 3,000sqm office fit out across 2 levels as a sub-tenant to the head lessor. The project involved workplace planning, leasing and delivery of this project as a traditional construct contract.

The appointment also comprised the make good of the client’s existing premise in which a full façade upgrade was undertaken of 27 Currie Street, including roof repairs and internal demolition works.
