Place PM were engaged by Eldercare as Superintendent for the construction stages of this project, with key focus on aligning pending Variations to budget expectations. This involved an extensive learning period to understand the history and design process for the project prior to implementing the terms of the contract.

The new 100 bed development provides a state-of-the-art facility that prioritises the wellbeing and comfort of its residents, across a 10,000sqm site. The bedrooms have been designed around focussed communal living spaces with central amenity to support the high-end offering.
