Project Manager for 6,000m2 over 6 levels of office fit-out completed in 10 weeks. This project required a fast track delivery method and acceleration strategy to mitigate costs for extending existing leases. 

Tight program management and good communication the Contractor, Client and new landlord provided the opportunity for fast decision making and maximise working hours to complete the fit-out on time.
