Project Manager leading the concept design and preparation of the D&C tender documents for the new aquatic and recreation facility at Salisbury Recreation Precinct.

This project involved working closely with the Salisbury Council to led the establishment of the scope and budget to transform the Salisbury Recreation Precinct into a modern aquatic, health and wellness precinct and a hub of activity 365 days per year. 

It required significant internal stakeholder management to capture Council's requirements for the ongoing operation of the facility. Whilst the agreed documentation was to be 30% complete the design team was able to progress documents to a high level of detail enabling the Council to achieve the most competitive tenders. The result was the successful award to the contractor within budget.
