Our involvement has been from the outset with project due diligence, scoping and brief development with consultants and the Client group. Careful considreation of the masterplan was required to ensure the project can be delivered as a standalone ahead of future stages without impacting on the operation of CLA.
The Community Living Headquarters (CLA) is the first building to be delivered as part of the Mount Barker Centre Catalyst Project - a mixed use masterplanned town centre. Comprising of 5 levels including basement, CLA's building will include accommodation of its head offices and day operations areas whereby it offers specialist services to the community. The opportunity to be central to the masterplan delivers upon CLA's aspirational goals to be linked to the community, be fully accessible, integrated and connected, promote social inclusion, all priorities of CLA to deliver the needs of their client base. |
