Client: ACH Group Services: Project Management, Superintendent Value: $40m The Healthia site is part of the Playford Health Precinct within the City of Playford, which seeks to establish an integrated world-class health precinct based around the anchor use of the Lyell McEwin Hospital at the heart of Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
We have been appointed as Project Manager and Superintendent for this project from the early design stages to deliver this 96 bed residential aged care facility across 8 independent houses and a central building providing associated facilities and accommodation for the University's General Practitioners Training Facility leased by the University of Adelaide. This project is being delivered on a Managing Contractor basis with fixed lump sum being achieved on 90% of trade packaged being finalised. |
