In addition a series of planned and preventative maintenance works are proposed to drive a 5 star NABERs rating for the building, and on floor upgrade works. These works include bathroom upgrades to each floor, a spec suite and a refresh floor to support leasing negotiations and set expectations for the floors, and a series of warm and cold shell options to meet tenancy demands. |
