Project Manager driving the feasibility stages of this base-build upgrade project which includes a full upgrade of the ground floor including end of trip facility, retail tenancies, lobby upgrade and façade / streetscape works. 

In addition a series of planned and preventative maintenance works are proposed to drive a 5 star NABERs rating for the building, and on floor upgrade works. These works include bathroom upgrades to each floor, a spec suite and a refresh floor to support leasing negotiations and set expectations for the floors, and a series of warm and cold shell options to meet tenancy demands.
