As Project Manager and Superintendent, Place Project Management managed the entire process from property selection through to the design, construction and operation of this project.

The scope involved the refurbishment of two levels at 101 Grenfell Street, with Ground level being focussed on staff breakout, collaboration and entertainment, with links to outdoor terraces. The upper level being office, workstations and meeting spaces.

To speed up the program and prevent the client from incurring additional lease costs, Place Project Management identified and recommended using an Early Contractor Involvement procurement model. This decision allowed the client to move in on time and under budget.
