Place PM have been engaged by Luxury Hotels Australia to provide Project Management & Superintendency services for the design and construction of a new, purpose built luxury accommodation facility  in the Barossa Valley. 
The hotel will achieve a 5 star luxury rating and comprise a range of facilities including; hotel suites,two penthouse suites, hotel restaurant with private dining and outdoor balcony, hotel rooftop terrace and bar, lobby lounge and terrace, hotel day spa facility, leisure facilities including pool, spa and gym. 

The project current has planning consent and the team are working toward financial close on the project to provide much needed high end accommodation in the Barosa Valley.
