This project includes dredging and cleaning the lake, upgrading pathways and seating areas, improving lighting, installing new landscaping features, and enhancing water quality and wildlife habitats.
Place PM were engaged by the City of Adelaide to provide Superintendency services for the project which included overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that the project met its objectives within the set timeframes and budget. Place PM implemented a thorough and robust contract administration process to ensure change variations were accurately tracked and quality assurance implemented. |
