Place PM were engaged by Hurley Hotel Group to provide project management and superintendency service for the new hotel in Panorama. The five level development includes basement carparking, restaurant and sports bar, 70 accomodation rooms, function facilities and a roof top sky bar.
Place PM were brought on to the project in the late stages of the design to help drive the value management and procurement process. From there, Place PM  assisted the Client in scoping and managing the numerous Client procured packages for integration into the base-build. Place PM also provided comprehensive supertendency services, overseeing the project throughout the construction phase.​
