Junction offers housing support, community development, employment and training, mental health and disability services to individuals and communities.
Junction has acquired a site located within the Tonsley Innovation District, Tonsley, SA. Stage 2 of the two-stage development comprises The site is to be developed in two Stages with Stage 1 comprising substantial community facilities on the ground floor and 63 Affordable Housing apartments. Place PM has been involved from the outset in the resubmission of the Planning Applications, managing ECI Contractor engagement and development of Tender documentation for D&C procurement. Place PM will continue Project Management & Superintendent Services through to Practical Completion in Q1 2027, providing much needed Affordable Housing for South Australia. |
