Client: Barwon Investments Services: Fund Advisory Value: $85M Place PM have been engaged by Barwon Investments to provide Advisory Services for the investment into the Eastwood Private Hospital project, developed by Growpoint.
Our role involves the monitoring the project during the procurement and construction stages of the project to ensure quality, budget, program and risk are being managed throguhout the project, and administering the terms of the Development Agreement. The hospital will be over six level and comprise 48 beds including radiology, pathology and allied health services, along with orthopaedics, plastic surgery and endoscopy. |
