Place PM were engaged by Quintessential to deliver the base-building upgrade works to the ground floor lobby including external plaza. The upgrade works have involved a new lobby, new entry inclduign external landscaping works, meetuing rooms, a large multi-functional auditorium space and a new end of trip facility. 

The works are being delivered on a Design and Construct basis, and undertaken in two distinct stages to ensure continuous building operation and access for all tenants whilst the works are completed in normal working hours.

In addition to the base-building works, we have managed fit outs to Levels 20 and 21, which were completed on a turnkey basis, on budget and time.
